Question about Canon PIXMA iP3000 InkJet Photo Printer
Have set what i think is right but still printing black and white, im not very computer savy
Try a "hard restart", which simply means unplugging the power cord of the printer, and replugging it after one minute has passed. If that does not work, then rerun the CD used to install the printer. Both techniques reprogram the electronics, to certain extent.
You can also visit the manufacturer's website or call their tollfree number to get problem solving info.
