Sorry, you can't. The WC-E80 is intended for certain models of Coolpix compact cameras, with much smaller lenses. It is not intended to work with SLR lenses.

Can i increase the focal length of the 75-240 lens if i add a mount or something like that? Please let me what you suggest.

Hi. Yes, you can increase your focal lenght with photo converter x1.4 or photo converter x2 so it would be 105-336mm with x1.4 and 150-480mm with x2. But consider that mounting such converters you increase the minimal aperture. Thus you will have to use higher ISO or longer shutter speed.

Is the Wide angle converter (Nikon Wc-E68) compatible with the D3000?

No. The converter is intended for certain point&shoot cameras. It is designed to fit in front of the much smaller lenses. The D3000 has interchangeable lenses, so you can simply remove whatever lens you have on it and attach a wide-angle lens.
