Question about Nokia 5300 Grey Cellular Phone
First off, i still own this phone, so i know what your problem is. I had this same problem about 6 months ago. If you call T-Mobile Customer Care at 1-800-937-8997, they can give you an override code for this. Also, if you had a security code on it before and then put the wrong one in too many times, you will need to let it sit UNTOUCHED while turned on for 15 minutes, then try again. Turn it on, set it down, and try in 15 minutes.
Also, you can take it to any T-Mobile store and they have a device which can unlock it for free.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
