I have just bought a thule 91726 pull top carrier there is no book. How do I close the top then slide into place It slides almost all the way then stops

Usually, no matter how the carrier slides in, the battery drops into the carrier with the + side up.

You have to buy an Arabic printwheel and install it.
To insert the daisywheel:
1. Open the top cover.
2. Pull the lever toward you to release the daisy wheel lock.

3. Remove the cassette daisy wheel by pulling it out of the machine by the protruding "ear" on the top right.

4. Insert the desired cassette daisy wheel into the slot and press down gently.

5. Slide the lever back to its original position to lock the cassette daisy wheel into place. Make sure to press the lever firmly.

6. Close the top cover.
7. Press and hold the CODE key. While holding CODE press the Q key, this will move the carrier to the previous position.

Put your carrier on a pair of saw horses and clamp down firmly then open the lid as it now stable and clamp your strut with a wide jaw wood clamp. Apply just enough pressut to start the ball into the socket and finish with your hands. Steve Parks

Hi Erroll,

What I believe you're referring to is the 'locking hook' -- the piece attached to the lid that slides into the lock mounted on the bottom segment of the cargo box. While it acts like a hinge in respect of the closed side of the Thule, what the mfg refers to as the hinge (or also referred to as a strut) is the spring mechanism at the front and back used to hold the lid up.

there is a slide button on the top of the leg on the right hand side as you stand behind it
it can be a bit sticky just wiggle the leg a bit but don't force it

pull the leg open and it should click to stop it closing and the reverse for closing the leg

Use the pull cord and disconnect the opener from the door. Operate the opener and let the carrier slide back away from the door. Is the carrier moving smoothly when disconnected? Next, lift the door by hand from the bottom to the top. Is it moving smoothly? If not, lubricate the axles of all the rollers on both sides of the door. Check the cable pulleys at the top sides of the door channel, lubricate them as well. Are all cables in all the pulleys, there are 4.

double click the HP solution center open the scanner lid remove the TMA cover (transparent material adapter) by pulling the cover up place the slides onto the slide holder insert the slides w the top of the slides pointing up and the front of the slide facing you close the lid press the scan film in the HP dialog box select picture select scan positive, and select TMA click scan
