First I reset the device by pressing the Reset button, and then I was able to have it recognized by my PC when I plugged it in. In your case, you can simply go to any Electronics shop who are dealers of your MP3 player model and you can get them support regarding any repair or if it is still covered with warranty that would sounds good. Just check your warranty receipt in that case.

Download the execute file "ZENMozaic_PCApp_E6_1_16_02.exe".
Install Creative Centrale: double click the execute file.
After installation there's a user guide with the name manual.chm under
"Hard Drive location for programs", e.g. C:\Program Files\Creative\Creative ZEN Mozaic.
The manual can also be opened from start > All programs > Creative > Creative ZEN Mozaic > Creative ZEN Mozaic User's Guide.
well if you go to settings look for something that change the order usually like my psp gaming system u cant change it without changing the way the system is programmed so just rename the music in the order u want it to be.
