Most likely a bad defrost tmer. Usually located at the bottom, locate this and advance the timer untl it clicks. Another solution is to unplug for 48 hrs with doors open, plug back in check drian line, if it cool down to below 35 its definitely a defrost problem. Ohm the defrost strip heater if good, check terminator (should be closed above 60 degrees). If good, replace defrost timer.

Water dripping from inside top to bottom of cooler what is causing this and how can i fix it?

Coolers like yours create a lot of condensate. Every time the door is opened warm moist air enters and changes back to a liquid state on the evaporator coils behind the fan and area you see moisture dripping down from top and back wall should be going down a drain pipe to the bottom of cooler and into a pan where a fan blows warm air over the condensate/water returning it back into the store or business that the cooler is located. Looking inside there shoud be a tray or pan that is at the base of the evaporator. True uses different parts but you need to see why the water is leaking from. If cracked tray or line blockage causing overflow into the cooler. Click Here=> Leaking Refrigerators and then again here=> Leaking Refrigerators! This will help you get a better idea of what I am talking about, if helpful please rate. True MFG. does not share their information to me. I would need to be their registered customer to get answers. Click Here=> E-mail True Technicians I also think if you have questions for them they ask for your model number as a reference. They Will answer you just need that number along with GDM-72-RC I will be here if you have questions, Thank You, Sea Breeze

I have a quarter inch of water in the bottom of my cooler.

Hi,
check out the drain system in the very bad of the unit (inside). When obstructed it can cause the water to puddle inside the bottom. The hose is short, you can use caned air or a straw to clear this out. Don't use anything metal or sharp, you don't what to poke a hole in the tube.

Good Luck

My freezer says 20 and the temp is 40. The back is ice. The cooler says 36 and it is 40. Any ideas?

First of all you will need to defrost the refrigerator.
Once the ice is cone the air flow will improve and freeze the freezer and cool the fridge.
You will need to check that the inside fan motor is running
you will need to check if the defrost cycle is working too

GE Water Cooler Reservoir overflows.

There should be no crack or pin hole in your water bottle.
Water bottle should be air-tight to make proper pressure inside bottle.
Whenever lose pressure, water overflow with no bubble.
Just replace water bottle with no crack or pin hole.
Good luck.

Water accumulation underneath the bottom vetable

Two solutions
1 If a frost free fridge/freezer - ice build up in internal cooler - defrost totally until no more water
2 if ordinary fridge/freezer look inside at the back, you should see a very shallow 'V' shaped plastic channel running to a small drain hole which leads to the rear outside of the unit. This channel collects the water drips from the cooler
Clear this hole with a pipe cleaner or cocktail stick or similar
