Question about Fujitsu AMILO Pro V1000 Notebook
Hello! i think i dont have any switch to turn on the wireless connection. Does this mean that my laptop doesn't have this ability? how can i try to find this out? in the place there should be a button, there's not... but the symbol is there. Do i need a pen or any other device to have access to wi-fi hotspots? Thank's!
In Windows look in
"Start/settings/control panal/system/hardware/device manager/network adapters"
for a second (not the realtek) adapter. If you only have the Realtek then you dont have wireless.
The thing to do would be to get a PCMCIA or USB wireless card, I prefer the PCMCIA to USB but the choice is yours.
