JVC mini mote pc mp-xp731

My jvc laptop stopped booting up after 3 years. I now realise that jvc did not supply me with a xp pro set up disk to re-install the operating system. I have managed to install a Dell version of xp but i note the wireless internet light is not on and I can not even use the ethernet port either to access internet. I presume other ports are not working either. what can i do? please help, perhaps you can send me a cd to set up xp pro. please can you help?

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My battery on my JVC Mobile Mini Note PC/MP-XV841 has not been charging when I plug into an electrical outlet.

How long have you had the battery?
The average life of a battery if charged everytime the laptop is used can be as low as 12 months.
Try a replacement battery if this one is exhausted.

I couldn't enter the JVC Mini Note XP-7230 bios . can you help me

On start-up press F2. You don't have time to do that because that option comes and goes very quickly. Power it up and just keep pressing F2 until it gives you the option to press F8. There is where you can get to the bios. If your log-in is that equivalent of the administrator, go to passwords and clear them. You may be locked out because of your user account not allowing access.

Transfering video to pc i get no sound

First, you need to be using firewire. make sure you install the drivers for your camcorder. you will see there is another sound card from the JVC camcorder in your computer. check if your computer is using the sound from the camcorder or the sound card from the computer when it is recording.

JVC Mobile Mini Note PC MP-XP7210 PC looking for drivers

Apparently, JVC does not want people re-installing Windows on their laptops unless its via the recovery partition. I was not able to find the drivers on their download site: And no one got back to me after submitting your question here: Since the drivers must be installed already, and are probably done after the initial Windows install, try to locate a folder on the C: Drive that has all the specific JVC drivers. Other vendors such as Dell, HP and IBM do this. It would be in something like c:\Drivers or C:\JVC. I would not erase the recovery partition until you have the drivers. But once you have the drivers, you can use this utility to delete and resize partitions: Download the .iso file and use a CD burner program to make a bootable CD. Then boot you laptop with this CD. The GParted utility is a graphical program and is very intuitive to use. Plus, it doubles and triples checks with you before it does anything permanent, and allows you to undo changes before it becomes permanent.
