I have 2 nokia N73

i have 2 nokia N73 phones,one of them has got tomtom 6 on it and the other one hasnt. When i swap the memory card to my new N73 and try to install tomtom via applications manager it says certificate expired even though i can put the memory card back in my old N73 and it works absolutely fine. Any ideas????
