Unplug the thing, open it up, and carefully take off the pad button controls and anything else with wrong behavior, and wash those things out with dishsoap and deionized water. It seems like a pad switch has saltwater or sugar in it, or crumbs pressing on it. The door and main switch often need cleaning out also, though compressed air or cotton swabs (no excess water) will be fine. Then put it back together, plug it in, and try it.

I have the same problem. The microwave flashed and blew the circuit breaker. After resetting the curcuit the turn table won't turn the the light and fan buttons seem to start the microwave. I have taken it apart and there is a flash burn spot behind the circuits. Did it fry the control panel?
Then the tirntanle stops when keypad is pressed
