Sony dsc-s650 camera problems

Please help, I had this camera for 6 months now, I bought it new from video only store, with out extended warenty. Now the pictures come out the display all whiteup, or with horizontal white bars! when just viewing, the display is showing every thing fine, and when taking videos they come just fine too, the problem is just when I take photos! I tried to change all setting but did not help!
