Take your phone into the repair center. If you have insurance on your account, and you have sprint, they can mail out a replacement phone free of charge if your phone has no physical damage (ie water damage, cracked screen, broken in half, etc.)
If you have a sanyo 2400 and you call someone if the phone will go on speaker then the phone speaker is fine but it does not your speaker is out, if so you will need to take it to a sprint store to have the speaker replaced, If the phone does go on speaker but the ringtone doesnt work then you will need to update software or reset the phone. By reset I mean have all the info deleted off the phone, if you want you can have a Sprint Service and Repair Tech save your numbers and do this for you.
