Question about Dell Dimension 4600 PC Desktop
I turn the pc on and it goes through the memory test and then gets to reboot from cd and turns self off. Have tried with or without the xp cd in and also tried pushing f8 before anything comes up on screen. I am currently working on a mac to try to find a solution.
I need you to go to your setup screen this is accomplished by either pressing the f2 key or the f10 key when the computer starts booting. Now look to see if your hard drive is listed. if it is do not make any changes just escape out and contact me for further directions I will help you walk through it ,
take care .. be mucho blessed.. Mark

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
