I don"t hav audio driver

Hi I believe you have an Australia model? Alpine's use what's know as an interrupt wire to hook into vehicles/phones to interrupt the audio of the deck when their is a signal sent to it. On the Alpine harness you need to search for the Pink/black striped wire which is the audio interrupt wire. Make sure that wire is insulated and not grounding out against anything or hooked up incorrectly.

Get online and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Acer Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Download and install the Audio drivers.

If you don't see windows 7 drivers, try the vista drivers.

Hi David,
This could be a problem as a result of the MS Security program download. My suggestion is to uninstall this, then try to get the audio and video downloads. When you uninstall, you will need to reboot. A conflict in the program could be treating the audio and video as a 'virus' or other infection.

the mother board is foxconn 945 - cmx series

You will have to find out which sound card is in you system. without the information, it is difficult to locate the audio driver.
