I have a Motokrzr K1 phone, and I've been trying to pair it with a hands-free device (VRBT300V) that I just bought for my car. When I got to the "Bluetooth Link" screen on my phone to look for a bluetooth device, the link wouldn't response. I tried my mom's phone (same model) and it worked fine. I don't understand what the problem is. Please help. Thanks in advance.
My VRBT300V has stopped working. Every time I try to get it to link up to my phone it keeps telling me ..."No device found" I have followed all the instructions. Up unitl recently it was working fine. It by the way is the 3rd one I've had Had to return it twice to Coscto..you think I would have learned by now.

make sure that you are following the right process. It should be compatible. when you set your phone to "find me" the bluetooth symbol should come on? It should be flashing. Was the headset linked to another phone before? If so you may need to "reset" it.
make sure that you have turned the headset in the mode to link up with a device then use the razr to find a bluetooth device. it Should hook right up. Also make sure bluetooth is turned on on the razr
blue tooth needs to be turned on from the connectivity section of the phone menu.
Once it is turned on it will pair with any bluetooth device.
PAIRING A BLUETOOTH
Go to connetivity in the menu
then bluetooth and then search and sellect search.
with your bluetooth device from the off status press and hold the power button until indicator lights either flash different colours ( normally red & blue ) or stays a constant colour.
Your device is now sending out a signal for the phone to pick up.
when the phone finds this device it should then ask if you wish to pair with it
then it will ask for a passcode this is normally 0000 or 1234
then select yes.
this should pair up the two devices.
once they are paired you should only need to turn bluetooth on on the phone and power up the device and they will automatically find each other.
