Question about Ovens
I have a Dacor double convection oven and F1 appeared continuously so I had the control board replaced per recommendation from the website---it is still happening. It beeps and flashed F1 every 10-15 mins . . all night long unless I set the oven to the lowest temp and just leave it there.
I'm sorry but I am not familiar with Dacor ovens, the research I performed indicated that the ERC (clock module) has failed. You could try the oven sensor probe if it is a temperature related issue.
I truly wish I could help you further with your dilemma but am unable to provide any further information except search the web. Good luck....
