When you connect your Sand Disk, you should see it as another Drive (like your hard drive). Just select the photos (or folders) that you want to send; then 'right-click' on them, select 'Send To:' and you should have another drive that says 'removable device' or sandisk..... just click there.. and that's it.... if you have enough space, the photos will move to the sandisk.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have forgotten ( Senior Moment) how to use my San Disk. I want to copy some photos from my computer and take them to a photo frame that will display them. I know where to plug the San Disk in but I need...

I will assume you are running Windows operating system. If you are not the following instructions do not apply.

Click on My Computer (avaiable from Start). If your Sandisk is plugged in you should see it shown as a removable storage device.

Minimise that window and now go to the folder that contains your pictures. Highlight all the pictures that you want to copy to the Sandisk and right click on them. Choose 'copy'.

Now go back to My Computer, right click on the entry for the Sandisk and choose 'paste'.

Thie pictures will be copied onto the Sandisk.

If you need more detailed instructions please post a reply and I will try to help again.

Camera reads, computer doesn't

That is odd. Try the recovery software that comes with the sandisk cards and see if you are able to get them after that.
Do you format your cards each time in the camera before shooting?

Pictures from a memory card to the computer

If you go to my computer you should see your C: drive and other driver letters. One of these drive letters should be your memory card. You can double click on this driver letter and you should be able to drill down through the folders to find your pics. You can then copy them to your C: drive.
