Yes, the manufacturer should have a parts kit for replacing the orings and seals..it's probably leaking right where the motor meets the impeller...there should be a seal inside there...the rebuild kit should have a blow-up diagram to assist you in changing parts
How To Find Model and Serial Numbers If your drive is connected to your computer:
Seagate has created a very simple tool that will tell you the serial
number and the model number of any and all Seagate and Maxtor-brand
drives connected in or to your computer. Use the DriveDetect.exe method to find both numbers. You can also use SeaTools to display each number. (See below if you have a Mac computer.) If your drive is not connected to your computer: See the flash-based Serial Number locator tool to find your serial number and model number (and/or occasionally the serial number and the part number) on the drive label.

Hi, the outdoor unit will start to freeze when it is cold outside, but also it should go into a defrost mode to melt this ice either by the defrost board or defrost thermostat. You will know as steam will rise like smoke and some folks think it is on fire. If it never goes into defrost, get back to us and we can go through some things to check. Merry Christmas, Shastalaker7
