I bought a used pg-m10x, so even though it claims to only have 70 hours of use, I don't know the actual number. I have two problems:
One, I can't get the projector to work with a laptop. I haven't tried a desktop yet, because I don't own one. Occasionally I can get it to make a picture, but its wavy, often in triplicate, and the colors are way off.
The second, and more important problem, is that the video cuts off momentarily, usually for about 5 seconds at a time at random intervals. The projector will also make a little beeping noise when this happens. The bulb does not seem to turn off when this happens, it is just the video that cuts out. Also, seemingly related to this, is that some of the times it starts up it won't turn on and the red light next to the "on" light turns on.

If Samsung the color wheel (part number BP96-01579A) is suspect number 1.
Wheel turns at over 8,000 rpm and commonly fails= High pitched sound or fan like sound---and when it fails (shatters) you will have a grinding sound and set should shut down.
There is an easy way to know---with owner manual remove the lamp unit (its a cartridge) and look where the lamp faces--if pieces of the wheel are missing etc the wheel is gone.
Most of the wheels are customer replaceable if you are handy. You Tube even has video instructions for most models for this repair--most sources that sell the part also provide instructions--for a first time person doing this it takes around a hour.
depending on how old it is, it could have bad caps. Could be the switching transistor, mic... Any number of things. It is the kind of thing where you have to start checking things down the line looking for the issue. Start with the simple things like the mic, cold solder joints. Look for obviously burnt parts. After that it gets a bit more technical checking parts in the TX section.
Hopefully its just a bad mic wire which would cause the radio to have no RX. Try a new mic. Good luck!
Owners Manual, Pg 18, TV Auto Function.
"If a video feed is connected to the TV VIDEO IN jack during the installation, that signal is used to trigger system turn on. Even when the receiver is turned off, the presence of a signal at the TV VIDEO jack will automatically cause the receiver to turn on. As long as the signal is present, the receiver will remain on. When the TV or other source is turned off, the receiver will automatically retrun to a standby mode within five minutes."
Even though your player gas a capacity .is 2mb.The actual memory which you can use is around 70 to 80% .Because rest of the space is used to store protected system and boot data. The same happen in every memory device, be it a thumbdrive , memory card etc
Are you using the correct grade of fuel. Manufacturers claim that a car will do 28 to the gallon. This is done under ideal conditions at a constant speed on a rolling road. Wind, hills, overtaking and tire pressures will decrease fuel mileage. Your car is ok. Don`t expect much more unless you want to drive at 56mph good luck
HI. propane has 91000 btu's per gallon. 20# bottle has 4. divide btu's of heater by #of gallons for hours of use. I have the same heater and I think the med. setting both burners on is more the 7000 btu's.

It might be a digital or optical problem. This symptom was often part of the CRT type projector setup but i have not seen in the digital single lens type.
Is the lamp sitting 100% proper. Have you displayed the content machine and source on another display device? Was the machine dropped or knocked? It is an unusual symptom to have just be replacing the lamp..so something else has occurred.
If a digital problem in could either be a circuit malfunction or software (IC rom issue)
