Again the shops people go to should have the material to
become familiar with the vehicle before any work or testing
starts,no one knows it all

As a customer you do not need to help them or give them
any materials,parts numbers etc, that is their job & why your

This is an issue with facebook, not your computer. Just give it some time and try again.

The speedbump is an internal error from eBay/PayPal and you need to call or chat with them to get this fixed. Your account will need to be reported to their technical department and then you can try to pay the item after 24 hours. no, we don't get any notification of it, most of the time I also miss out on those.

not much we can do about it..You can look on the account statements page and see if the chat session is rejected by customer, then he has had another chat session.

I think they are working on improving the system, right now, we have to live with it.
