Question about Televison & Video
I called 1-800-Samsung and set-up an appointment for a service technician to replace the motherboard and power supply. But the power supply had to be back ordered, which meant a 14+ day delay. So the service repair issued an exchange claim # for the LCD and asked me to call the Samsung exchange service and refer to the claim #. Took about a day to have the exchange approved and they agreed to exchange it for a LN40A550. Unfortunately, I now have to wait for someone to call to set a delivery/pick-up date.
