Question about Insignia Pilot MP3 Player
Can you please tell me where i can download it again, whithout the cd.?
I've found that many different formats (pictures and videos) still need the video converter to convert it to work on the player. One thing you might want to try is contacting Insignia's customer support:

Normally Insignia does not have the CD contents available for download as a whole since it is mainly Rapsody which is available separatly, and the video converter software is commercial software. So normally you would just download Rapsody if you need it. However, Insignia mp3 players can use the generic mass storage driver in almost any computer. When you plug in the USB cord, two extra drive letters will show up in Windows Explorer. Songs go into the Music folder. For neatness: Make new folder for each artist and under each artist, make a new folder for each album.
Also slight chance the USB mode got off of Automatic in the player's options.
