I have a new Dayton Electric Heater 2yu65 that works fine but the contact switch inside the unit keeps clicking. I had the unit for 3 weeks now and it just started to click 3 days ago! What's going on?

I think its rattling sound. May be carbon formed between contacts. Clean it or replace contactor.

I need a fan blade for motor A0416B2810

A serial number is no good in such questions as it is just a numerical sequence of the number made. In your case number 5. The model number will get the fan.

The motor number also doesn't help because that motor spindle can take a radial fan or a bladed fan.

I've got a Dayton 3E369 Unit heater. The electric

Sounds like it has a bad fan switch wich is no more than a small circular bi-metal switch that expands when heated closing a switch. Get a parts breakdown off the net. I am sure you could find the switch in your area and replace it yourself.
