Hi - jamonie - If your using Internet Explorer, make sure you have Java and that it is enabled. Open Internet Explorer, click on the tools tab, then internet options, then then the advanced tab.If there isn't a section labeled Java you don't have it. You can download it from www.java.com , if it is there make sure it is enable. There should be a check mark in the box. As for the latest Flash player, follow the link below to make sure you have the latest version and to make sure you have one. If this solves your problem PLEASE rate this as fixed. If you need more help just add a comment and I'll be happy to assist you further. Thanks.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hi, just finished downloading Java, but still cant watch anything. What am I missing? Thanks for your help

I am not sure you would need Java to watch videos on the web. I could be wrong, but may you should try installing the Adobe flash player and then see if the videos work.

Hope that helps!

I installed finalmedia player but it doesnt work,i can't watch my videos thru it.

Try getting Adobe Flash Player here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
You have to be out of all apps when downloading so, it may be easiest to download to file, get out of apps, open file and download. E-mails that access the web will stop it also. You will also want the lastest version of Java. If you have Java, make sure it's updated and if you need it you can get it here:

Maybe the video is loaded with a java application.

I have tried to view some videos on youtube and my computer won't let me. If I download the javascript from java.com; will that fix the problem?

Websites use different media player formats. If youtube is asking you to install the plugin do so. Java.com is a trusted site and will not hurt your pc.
