Hi - jamonie - If your using Internet Explorer, make sure you have Java and that it is enabled. Open Internet Explorer,click on the tools tab, then internet options, then then the advanced tab.If there isn't a section labeled Java you don't have it. You can download it from www.java.com , if it is there make sure it is enable. There should be a check mark in the box. As for the latest Flash player, follow the link below to make sure you have the latest version and to make sure you have one. If this solves your problem PLEASE rate this as fixed.
