FINDING FREQUENCIES - 87ff97c.jpgNo it can't sorry. If you want to scan things all the way up to the 900 MHz frequency you should get a Regency Touch K500. Its not a portable scanner however. It may be a little hard to find because Regency went out of business a while back, but look on e-Bay you'll find it there.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Radio frequencies bullhead city, az

Best of luck with that Betty. I am surprised US laws allow you to listen to police and emergency bands. In the UK we could get arrested for that and the equipment confiscated.

It all became less interesting when radios were changed to transmit and receive on widely different frequencies and automatically select different channels to find clear air. Going digital further complicated things.

Knowing the frequencies is unlikely to be helpful - you need to know the frequency band(s) allocated to those services and keep scanning them until something is found. I can't help with that other than tell you, you are likely to find the experience less interesting or satisfying than you imagine.

Need to program a univ. remote for LG model # 32LC20U-UE? I don't understand what more info you guys could possibly need? Are you guys a real company?

Sometimes its easier, although more expensive getting the correct remote direct from the Manufacturer however, most universals will work OK. If you have the manual or product sheet with the new remote, it should show you which code and how to program it . If that doesn't work, there should be an auto scan function which will cause the universal remote to run through every code until it "locks" onto your TV frequency. Have a good read of the instructions, it should show you how to do it. Good luck

How so i pick station on my Radio Shack police scanner?

I have never used a scanner of that type but I have seen them in use and know the principle of operation.

If you are certain the radio is working and have checked with the instruction manual that you are operating it the correct way with any squelch control turned down and the volume turned up there should be a loud hissing from the speaker indicating the radio is ready to receive as soon as it is either tuned to the specific frequency of a station by direct entry or by scanning one or more bands of frequencies.

If there is no hissing noise it is possible the audio output is faulty or the aerial is not connected or the radio is otherwise faulty.

If the hissing noise is present and powerful and still nothing is being received it is possible there is nothing to receive or a more powerful aerial is needed.
It is worth noting many scanners available in the past tended to scan bands of frequencies in the upper and lower vhf bands where the aircraft, marine and emergency services radios operated. Since those days many of those services have moved their communications into the UHF bands leaving the vhf bands relatively empty.

Your phone should always monitor 121.5 ghz as the VHF emergency frequency.and 243 ghz as the UHF guard frequency. These are the standard guard frequencies worldwide.

On a Radio Shack pro95 would it be OK to enter all my 800 Freqs as MO vice FM? What would be the result?

Not sure what you mean about entering frequencies as MO but the 800 frequencies are FM MHz. I think you are a little confused.

I have purchased two identical labtec 800 keyboard and mouse sets for my son and myself. Now I found out, that these sets are not only virtually identical, but, in fact, they are - insofar, as they work on...

There's nothing you can do, aside from putting the computers far away from each other. I'd sell one of the sets and get something else that operates on a different frequency.

800 MHz frequency Mode problem

You have to program it TRUNKING mode when you enter the control channel frequencies. It is decoding okay as the MO shows motorola control channel and +DG means digital decoded and an OPEN group. You need to press the 'trunk' button everytime a talkgroup comes up that you want it to remember for future 'closed' group (-DG) talk groups. I suggest you go to 'RadioReference DOT com" and there are many forums there for your radio, as well as one or two YAHOO GROUPS specifically for your scanner. 73's
