Question about Heating & Cooling

1 Answer

Cucina Pro Double Coffee Brew Station 1711 Series We have had this unit for about 2 months. It has been operating fine until about a week ago when the left side ON/OFF light and the TIMER light have both started blinking in unison. We have tried reprogramming everything as well as unplugging the machine for a half hour. No luck. The right side is still working without a hitch. Can't seem to find anything about it online and the manual has no trouble shooting section... Thank you!

Need more selections for areas to select from ? Heating and Cooling obviously is HVAC, not other heating. Sorry.

It is an indicator that means you have to clean that side - you then press two of the buttons for 5_10 seconds to stop the blinking . but i can't find my manual and can't figure out which two buttons!

Incanto Sirius - grinds but cannot hear coffee getting ground

The chute is clogged or the grind is too fine on the machine. To clean chute remove the brew unit and check to the right, clean chute.

Drip Drawer will not release

Hi

They can get sticky at times but there is no real reason for it to be jammed unless its taken a bit of a bang on the metal base of the unit at the front left. Mine was the reverse when I got it - could not get it in properly until I realised the left edge was bent in a bit.

Suggest you remove the 'grill' top of the tray, mop up all water in there. Get someone to hold the whole unit steady while you give it a good pull out and slightly up. Then you can remove the used coffee bin and then the brew unit. The former will need emptyimg when the message comes up and the brew unit ( vertical grey object inside door) it should be cleaned with warm water at least once a week to save that gumming up with coffee goo also.

If you need a manual contact me.

I have the cucina pro double brew coffee maker and have a broken carafe....how do I get a replacement carafe?

I have found a temporary solution! Mr.Coffee Replacement Decanter model # ECD13 will work if you take your old over and use it with this decanter. The lid that comes with the Mr Coffee is just a hair to short but the lid from the broken craft will work well with it. Just hold on to it when you poor your coffee. I hope this helps.

No coffee, water going to the drip tray

OK, so this is a problem with your brew unit. The unit is not cycling correctly to tell the water to come through.

We had another problem like this just this week.

The wat we fixed it was 1) Give the Brew Unit a really good clean. 2)Make sure the Brew Unit can complete a cycle - manually rotate the brew unit components through a cycle 3) Lubricate the Brew Units moving parts if necessary using some Saeco or Other Food Grade Lubricant

Then try watch a complete coffee cycle by leaving the side door of your machine open, and tricking the micro switches into thinking the door is closed by engaging them with some card or something similar.

Let us know if this does not resolve your issue.

Hi,

If you take out the brewing unit and look in the chassis you can see a hole, make sure that hole is clean.
