- Remote won't always turn on the TV or change chanels and sound levels. I have to tap it on my desk then it works for a while. If it sits and is not used for 5 or 10 minutes, then it won't work again. Have to tap it on my desk,etc, etc. Tried to find a remote online but no luck, trying to wade through Dell's customer service and get to the right person is impossible (for me). appreciate any help.Charles- Guest
