Hey this kinda happen to me you need sonic stage to convert the files in to omg or ocn i think it was other wise they wont play i realised that when i read about it so just download the sonic satge from anywhere you can and open it select your device on the right collom and put the music you want in the left collom and the send it all over and it converts it and puts them in to files for you.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My mp3 player doesn't player

If you are using the Sony Sonic Stage software, then it might be
a good idea to just format the MP3 player and start over downloading music to it. You have to use the Sony Sonic Stage software or else it gives you the NO DATA BASE error, even if
you have music on it.

No data??

The player doesn't accept removing of music, or formatting, when it is not done from SonicStage, the software that sony offers with it.
The software is to be downloaded here. When you've installed the software, format the player from the men. Then transfer your music with this program.

Many times, MP3 players will play music from an "Audio" folder. Try naming the folder "Audio".
