My ipod touch freeze and

ok this may be painful for you but u will need to put it into dfu mode by holding the hold and lcok buttons for 10 seconds then releasing the lock button and continue to hold the home button for 8 seconds while it is plugged into the computer. ITunes should open and say some stuff about like its in "recovery mode" and stuff like that and just resync all of ur stuff. DO NOT DO IT AS A BACK-UP of your ipod that may put the problem back onto the ipod. Hope this helps :)
