Question about Durabrand Televison & Video
It is possible that the power adapter is defective, or the wire and or connector is defective, and or the battery is defective, or there is a defect in the player.
The way to find out what is defective is to us a DVM to test the power output from the adapter, and test the wiring and connector.
In the end, you may need to use the process of elimination to find out what is defective. Most service centers would be equipped to test this for you. I would not go out and start buying a new adapter, and or battery pack until I know what the problem is. You can end up spending extra money on something that is not defective.
