After turning on your mobile phone, press: *#865625#Press Yes to continue.Enter the 16 digit Subsidy Unlock Code
Enter the 16 digit Subsidy Unlock Code, again.
Device should say: “Network Lock Deactivated” Phone may automatically reboot
The 16 digit code can be obtained by calling the Mobile Operator Customer Care Department and given the representative the IMEI number. In exchange they will give you the Subsidy Unlock Code OR you can go online and seek out a Subsidy Unlock site.
You can visit a Sprint/Nextel repair center and assuming they have the equipment and programs. They can hook your phone up to their computer and read the phone's info which gives the unlock code. However, there is a chance that the subsidy lock can not be removed due to software or incorrect sim cards. If you or someone else has used a Boost sim card for the i850, this could have caused the issue, therefore it can not be fixed.
Sorry there are no subsidy codes for the i850. This means that you have used the wrong type of SIM Card. You can only use a Sprint Nextel or Boost SIM Card in an i850. If you are using a correct SIM card, you will need to have this repaired at a local service center. This is
covered completely by Sprint Nextel's ESRP (Equipment Service &
Repair Program) and TEP (Total Equipment Protection), and can be done
at any Sprint Nextel Service & Repair Location. If you do not
subscribe to ESRP or TEP, the charge for the repair will be no more
the subsidy special code can only be given by customer care, just call into care, and they will be able to assist with that, unfortunately they are the only area to get the info, Let me know how it goes, Thanks Justin Please Rate Me :)
