RCA H100 MP# Player

When I turn on it gives one bar and stops then I can not turn off. Later it shows symbols but no words on the screen. 1-1/2 yrs old used very little.

Wizit sounds like a firmware update is needed. hook it up to the computer and download the appropriate firmware update.
