Good Afternoon Friend, this is Z. I am happy to assist you!
I see that your question is listed under Frigidaire Gas Single Oven (FGB24S5A) and that you are looking for the manual. I have successfully located the Owner's Guide. However, if you need a different manual, please provide me your model number. You can typically locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) on the front of the oven, on the left side, as you open the door on a wall oven. If you have a range, you may find the tag in the storage drawer, on the right side. Hope this helps! Frigidaire Manual Search Results
#1 is floor level? #2 does it wobble? #3 check owners manual-LEVELING THE UNIT there should be adjustable 'feet' that screw into the bottom frame of the unit.some have adjustable wheels at the front.remove the vent panel under the door and look under with a flashlight to see what you have.
The number you will need is the model number. On side by side models there are a few places to look. 1- inside fridge on right or left wall. 2- Open fridge door and look up near the top front lip. 3- Open both doors and look on body of fridge under the doors. 4- Fridge door sometimes there is a sticker right when you open. Mostly you are looking for a silver sticker or silver plate. It gives you a model number and serial number. If you need further assistance please mail me back.
what's the rest of the model number?open the fridge door, look up near the cieling on the right hand side and send the whole model number,if it's an older machine the model number could be down near the bottom hindge on the fridge door.send that and i can help you.some are behind the bottom kickplate and some are in the fridge side depending on the model.
If the number is similar we will have to go with possibilities. Sound like the auto damper has frozen itself shut between the fresh food and freezer compartments. Some are controlled electrically some manually and others are controlled with a thermostat probe. Your thermostat for one side could be defective and not allowing the damper to open. Your refrigerator must have the correct model number to proceed. What I need you to do is look for the vent through the rear of the refrigerator compartment and sometimes leads directly from the same wall as freezer. Many Maytag brands fall under same series and model similarities. The serial number is not as important to the service Tech as the model number. Look around the door frame near floor and kick plate.I can help but I will need the correct model number, Thanks, Sea Breeze
Unfortunately, there is no standardized location for the model # sticker.
Look in all for side corners of the oven door, then look on all four sides of the oven opening. Look on the inside of the oven for the name plate. Look under the stove top where the burners are and finally look behind the oven.
As a last resort you can look on your sales contract to see if you can contact the previous owner for advice.
Without knowing the approximate age of your fridge, or the style, (top/bottom freezer, side-by-side, etc.) it makes it hard to give an exact answer. However, I'll provide you with some places to look for the model number.
You should look inside the fridge section of the unit and there should be a label either on the ceiling of the fridge section, on the upper side of the fridge (look at both sides), on the edge of the door opening located at the bottom of the fridge (when door is open) or behind the toe kick plate at the bottom of the fridge. Another place to look is at the back along the top edge.
Again, without more info, it is difficult to zero in on where the data plate is. Hope that helps, if you have more info, get back to me and I'll try to help you further.
