They to restart the print spooler service for every computer that is connected to the network that can print to the printer. Here's the procedure:
Click start menu
Click Run (for XP) or Type in services.msc to the start search bar (for Vista)Ppress enter
Look for print spooler service then double click the service
Click the stop button then wait for 5 secs then click start
Restart the computer then observe the problem

since you experience this problem recently. Try to reset the printer to factory default. I provided you a manual for the printer. Please go to page 142.

resetting the printer to factory default should solved the issue. Since all settings has been reset to the factory state. Can you try to do a one-is-to-one connection first. Install the printer to one computer and try if you can print doing a direct connection.
i dont understand. i checked the printer specification and it has a USB port the you can use

This solution did not work. Any other option?
This did not work. I did not restart the print spooler on all computers on the network. Is that necessary? I did try to print from two of the computers that I did what was suggested above. Another idea?
No help with your recommendation. Page 142 of manual simply says to go to the CDrom.
Did the factory resets. Still does not print until I turn on/off each morning. Next solution if their is one?
Unclear as to what you mean. Are you saying to uninstall from every computer and and then reinstall on one? Remove from network connection and connect by using USB cable. If recommending to connect by usb cable I am unable to do that as there in no pin connection on the printer for a cable.
Connect by using a USB cable and removing from the network? If so, can't do that as the printer does not have a USB cable port.
