Question about HP Photosmart D7460 Printer
I went to the HP online help chat. I was told to take out all the cartridges, wipe a moist cotton cloth on the copper dots on the back of each. Let them dry a minute. Unplug printer cable, and USB cable (if it's not wireless), and unplug from wall. Then hold in power button for 60 seconds. Then I uninstalled HP software and reinstalled. Then I plugged back in the printer cable, and now there are no blank pages. It was quite an ordeal chatting with the rep because it took FOREVER between messages, but all is well now.
