Victoria,
You can find your WEP Key in the router setup page.
You can try these steps to check the network key.
1. Use a computer that is directly connected to the router with a cable. then Open your Internet Explorer, Type http://192.168.1.1 then it will ask you for a username and password by default you leave the username blank and type admin for the password, if you have your own password put it in the password feild rather than using admin.
2. Once you are in the setup page of the router, click the Tab at the top that says Wireless, then in the tab Wireless, Under the tab Wireless Click the sub tab that says Wireless Security, If the security mode is set to WEP, check the Defaul TX Key, If its set to 1, the network key 1 at the bottom of the page is the WEP Key that you need.

Just reply to this post if you have any other problems.

Where is my WEP key located on the dlinkgo Wireless N 150 Router

You WEP key is something you make up. You can set it up by going to the router's web interface. Hook a computer up with an Ethernet cable and type "192.168.1.1" or "192.168.1.0" If neither work, look in your manual for the router's IP address.
From there you can set up your WEP key in the security portion of the setup page.
Pleas rank me if this was helpful.

How do I obtain the WEP Code for this Router? I'm trying to hook up my Internet capable LCD TV

Step 1 Log into the web configuration of the router by opening up a web browser and typing in the IP address of the router (192.168.0.1).

Click here if you cannot access the web-based configuration.

Step 2 Enter your username (admin) and your password (blank by default). Click OK . Click the Home tab and click the Wireless button on the left hand side of the screen.

di614_128wep.gif

Step 3 Select Enable next to the WEP radio buttons. For WEP encryption select 64, 128, or 256-bit encryption. For the Key type select HEX. If you have an option for Authentication type, select Shared Key.

Step 4 Select Key 1. Enter a Hex encryption key that you make up. The length of the encryption key will depend on what you selected under WEP Encryption.

  • 64-bit encryption 10 characters
  • 128-bit encryption 26 characters
  • 256-bit encryption 58 characters (available on DI-614+ only)

  • The encryption key is HEX, meaning 0-9 and A-F are valid characters. For example, A4583DFF1A (64-bit HEX key).

Step 5 Click on the Apply button then click on the Continue button to save your settings.

Note: If using non-D-Link adapters, please refer to the manufacturer´s documentation on enabling encryption.

Note: If using non-D-Link adapters, please refer to the manufacturer´s documentation on enabling encryption. Note: Not all D-Link routers, print servers and access points have a web-based configuration utility. Please check the manual for your particular product. In particular, the DWL-900AP does not have a web utility while the DWL-900AP+ does have a web utility. You cannot gain web-based configuration utility functionality for the DWL-900AP by installing the DWL900AP+ utility.

When entering the IP address of the D-Link device (192.168.0.1 for example), you are not connecting to a website on the Internet or have to be connected to the Internet. The device has the utility built-in to a ROM chip in the device itself. Your computer must be on the same IP subnet to connect to the web-based utility.

I got new laptop and i want to conect with wireles but is asking for security key which i dont know where to check to find it. How can i do it/

All Linksys routers have a built-in web-based setup page that allows the user to customize settings and set up advanced properties.
NOTE: Before accessing the router’s web-based setup page, make sure the router is powered on and the computer is wired to one of the Ethernet ports on the router (1, 2, 3 or 4 ).

Accessing the Router’s Web-Based Setup Page
    Step 1:
Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer.
    Step 2:
Go to the Address bar and enter your router’s IP address ("192.168.1.1" is the default IP of most Linksys routers) then press [Enter].
    Step 3:
A new window will prompt for a User name and Password. Leave the User name field blank then enter your router’s password ("admin" is the default password), then click OK.

To setup or SEE the WPA Wireless Security on your Linksys router, follow the steps below:
Setting-Up the Wireless Router to Use WPA
    Step 1:
Access the router’s web-based setup page. For instructions, see above
    Step 2:
When the router’s web-based, setup page appears, click Wireless and select Wireless Security.
    Step 3:
Select WPA Personal under the Security Mode drop-down menu.
NOTE: IF YOU ARE JUST CHECKING ON THE PASSWORD NO NEED TO GO ON JUST TAKE NOTE OF THE WPA SHARED KEY AND USE IT IN YOUR LAPTOP WHEN ASKED OF THE PASSKEY
    Step 4:
    Select TKIP on WPA Algorithms.
    Step 5:
Enter your desired WPA Key on the WPA Shared Key field such as “MySecretKey.” This will serve as your network key whenever you connect to your wireless network.
NOTE: Do not give this key to anyone. This key will secure your wireless network. Leave Group Key Renewal to 3600 seconds

How do you get your web key code for this because i need the connection for my xbox

It is a 'WEP' ("Wired Equivalent Protocol") key, not a 'WEB' key.

Use a network-cable to connect any computer to your router.

    Click: Start -> Run
    Enter 'run', and press ENTER.
    Enter 'ipconfig /all'.
    Look for:

    Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
    ....
    Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.xxx.yyy

    Into your web-browser, enter: http://192.168.xxx.yyy
to "login" to the web-interface on your router.

There should a "wireless configuration wizard",
when you can set/view the WEP key.
Or, maybe, select 'WIRELESS' and then 'STATUS' buttons to view it.
