Question about Kenmore 36 in. 33212 / 33214 / 33219 Gas Cooktop
Model # 911.3368219 I would guess it is 15 - 20 years old. 2 or 3 of the knobs will not turn - the others work just fine. Anyone have an idea what could be the problem? Thanks much!
If the knobs will not push down and turn, this indicates the gas valve stem has become contaminated with cooking debris. The only solution to this, would be to replace the gas valves. With the cooktop more than 10ys old, parts may be difficult to find. If you can find parts, they will probably be prohibitively expensive.
