Question about Hobart D300-6036 Mixer
Whats the problem?

I have a Hobert Dough Mixer and the hook as fallen out and I have lost the oil. Any suggestions on how to fix?

You have a 3 phase unit, it can run opposite direction if the main feed wires are not correct for the motor wiring. If you simply swap any two of the main electrical feed wires it will run in the opposite direction. This should correct your problem now. Enjoy.
