Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a Proview ps707a and I can't adjust the screen or set it to default screen adjustments. I can't view the entire screen and its a wierd shape. What to do?

There are buttons on the screen for setting the shape, the size, the position and many others settings. I suggest to get to factory defaults with these buttons and then try to make any adjustments. In case you have problem with these buttons post me back to locate them for you from the user manual.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

Help me

I would try to reset to factory settings first see if that does the trick these are specific instructions for a pavilion vf52 lcd, i imagine they are the same across the board....try it and see how you get on
Adjusting the Factory Recall To recall factory settings back you should follow the steps below: 1 Bring-up the OSD “Main Menu”. 2 Use the ‘+’ or ‘—’ button to move (forward or backward) to the factory recall icon and highlight it. 3 Press the ‘Select’ button to activate the factory recall action.
hope this helps, let me know if i can be of further help

Brightness pop-up window on screen

The setting is programmed into the memory of the monitor. It has been set that way, sort of like a memory button for your car's driver seat. The car remembers your favorite seat position, and the monitor is remembering your favorite brightness settings.

It's been a while since I played with any settings on a CRT monitor, but I'm sure if you give it a few minutes, you will find in the menu how to set up the memory recall feature on your monitor.

good luck.
