Question about Sony Handycam DCR-TRV510 Digital Camcorder
After plugging in the external power supply is the camera inoperatable.
It doesn't recognize the battery suplly also.
Nothing works anymore, no recording, no playback, the eject-button. It's dead.
I suppose it is a power supply problem (internal).
Normally te camera swithes off when plugging in the ext.power supply during playback or recording.
Who's helping with a correct solution or a service manual for this camera-model.
I believe sometime when you insert the AC Adaptor while the power switch still on in CAM mode or VTR mode the sparking cause the micro fuse protection blew up it require a qualifier and trained from Sony to repair it
I had this service manual how do I post to you it big about 15MB
I sugges to bring it to Sony for repair it sometime they can not repair at component level they replace a complet PCB and it need the computer to setup and adjust and highly cost
I hope that give you some ideas
