try reinstall the camera driver from support site. If not solved update your BIOS. Remove all externally connected device and CDs, DVDs before updating BIOS. Remember to plug in AC adapter also. IMPORTANT: Do not interrupt the BIOS updating process. Read the instructions in the support site before doing any driver install or update. firstly locate the audio drivers (in system32 remember where they are ) uninstall the audio software and delete the drivers afterwards, reboot, go into bios settings and disable on-board audio if possible, reboot and re-install audio drivers
