I have an hp 1502 LCD monitor. a weak before it start problem, as when i on it the screen goes blink white just after having a glimpse of the desktop view and when i do on and off it for several times it goes right but i faced the same problem each time when on it.... whats the problem within...

If you don't use an identical monitors, then they may not work if your video card can not handle them. The "check video cable" it means the monitor does not get a signal, and it does not mean that the monitor is a problematic monitor. You can test this monitor as a single monitor (and try to connect it using first video port, and then move it to the second video port).

1.check with a other monitor.
2.check the cabels should be seated tight.also the videocard should be seated tight.
3.the videocard or the monitor can be brooken check with a new or other monitor first.

If you can't right click on the desktop to change the orientation. Then hold down the ctrl + Alt + press one of the arrow keys till the screen gets back to normal.

Check the DC filter caps first.

if the screen is completely white the problem could be a bad LCD cable. To cross check if the problem with the LCD or the motherboard. Connect an external monitor to the laptop. Tap the Fn + F8 key together to get the display to toggle to the external monitor if the display comes on the external monitor without any problems the problem is with the LCD and you would have to take the laptop for repairs.

why not test the monitor on another PC
works there good.,
if not the monitor is bad.
can be monitor bad, cables bad, power pack if fitted bad.
test it on another PC.

there is an issue with the HP monitor which you using you need to replace it

You need to replace the bad electrolytic capacitors inside.
