Question about Casio Exilim EX-Z55 Digital Camera
Hi, when I try and turn on my camera, the lens goes out as it should and a brief image appears on the screen but then the lens clicks twice and the camera automatically switches itself off and retracts the lens.
I don't know whats wrong with it?
Mine is doing the same exact thing. please post again if you find out the problem or how to fix it.

Do you have a mem card installed? If so what size? Make sure it is the right size for your camera. Also make sure the battery is fully charged. The lens clicking twice makes me believe that there was some kind of damage done to the lens like maybe accident powering on when it wasn't supposed to like in a pocket or something. You may have to send it in. Expecially if it says "lens error".
