Question about Sony Ericsson W850i Cellular Phone
Purchased this phone as an Xmas present for my daughter. It had a problem with the microphone, which I took to orange with they fixed. 3 weeks after getting the phone back it and literally overnight the phone packed up again - turn the phone on the screen stays black but you can seem the lights down the side of the phone and it plays music. I sent the off for repair via sony, their report says either component damage due to misuse or unauthorised eningeering, or it have been usded in-combination with non-standard accessory or part. It isn't misuse that's for sure. What can I do now, Sony Ericsson are not being very co-operative.
You need to replaced the LCD on the phone so take it to a mobile repair center and ahve that done.
