Your dishwasher is equipped with a safety system which is able to detect any operating problems. These anomalies are reported by
one or two wash cycle indicator lights "E" will flash rapidly.
Any flashing combination of LED diodes (Intensive wash, Regular wash, Eco wash, Rapid wash, Soak and Crystal care) means different error code. Take a note of which lights are flashing?
If you have problem with fill water than following two LED should be flashing.

The Polaroid 600 doesn't have an automatic flash. To use the flash, insert the flash bar into the flash socket. To turn off the flash, remove the flash bar. Refer to the manual. If you have a different camera, please reply to this post and give the model number.
The Micro mode is used to shoot close up images. Turning on the flash in micro mode will result washed out over exposed images. Hence in most cameras, choosing the micro mode will automatically disable the built in flash. Some Camera will show the message, cannot use flash or flash cannot be changed because of the micro restriction. This is normal operation. If you wish to use flash, please use some other manual priority mode.
thanks for understanding.
The built-in flash can function as an autofocus illuminator. This helps with focusing in low-light conditions in the AF mode.
To disable this function, press the menu button, then select service1 menuitem, then AF illuminat., and finally, select OFF.
The built-in mic is actually always enabled. It only gets disabled once you connect an external mic just as you have done. Disabling it disables the mic capability which means that it also disables your external mic capability. If you have any problem with the built-in mic being on all the time you could try to go to the volume controller and mute it from there. The downside here is that you would actually need to unmute it each time you use your external mic.
Check that camera hasn't been
set for no-flash mode.
Give the flash time to charge before pressing shutter.
Try to reset your phone by MASTER RESET(Factory reset) by referring to your manual.
If you updated the firmware for your camera, then that update can also be a reason for your flash not working. so try installing the firmware which was present when the camera was working good.
check there is any debris in the hot shoe, there is a switch on the left
that stops the pop up working when you put a external flash on.
If you have been using a speedlite or another flash on the hotshoe
lately, there is a little metal strip in the hotshoe (rail) that
disables the pop-up built-in flash. So, this little metal strip goes
down when you slide in an external flash and disable the built-in flash
by breaking an electrical contact. This little metal strip has the
occasional tendency to get stucked down after unmounting your
speedlite, which results in the behavior you are seeing. Just turn OFF
your camera and use a toohpick in the hotshoe and force very gently the
metal strip up to make the metal strip goes back to its original
position when there is no speedlite mounted on your camera. Compare
both sides in the hotshoe (rail). Turn it ON and there you go!
Hope my info solves your problem, Thanx for using fixya, Cheers.
There are 5 flash modes: Auto-flash, Manual fill-flash, Auto-flash with red-eye reduction, Manual fill-flash with re-eye reduction, and Flash cancel. In Macro mode, the built-in flash is automatically disabled.
