I dont have a scan driver for HP Laser jet 3055 All-in-one Printer in my os (Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit). Kindly provide the same on top priority.

HP's website is the best location for their own drivers. Drivers are not available for all older products, particularly with reference to 64 bit OS.
Newer equipment will find any available drivers install automatically through WIN 8.1.

You have to install the scan/print driver for the scanner to work. Also if you download the full software package you will get scanning software for the PC.
