This is happening because there is some problem in the firmware so ...
this firmware problem might have occured due to some virus attack or due to the sudden removal of the battery when the phone is in switched on condition or due to the sudden switch off of the phone when the battery charge was low ....
give restore factory settings once ...

it has not corrected itself by turning the phone off and taking the battery out
for a couple of minutes then turning it back on you should try a factory data reset.
In Idle mode, open the application list and select
Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset - Reset phone
