Button failure nokia 3250 my joystick and other buttons have stooped working how do i fix it the buttons are the joystick the green and red phones and thats all

go and change the keypad ic it will start to work

press and hold these keys when phone is turned off and try to turn on holding these keys.

Yes, this is a hard reset I know of that works on a lot of nokia phones you could give it a try it wont hurt... With the phone powered completely down press and hold the star * key, green call button key and number 3. While holding these three buttons press and hold the power button until the phone comes on. You should see your phone being formatted.

there are four button inside your curculler button in this button u press the down word button your call list will appered.

So do I,hehehee... well,now tray to do formatt.here is the way : First,back up your phone contact (It will be loose) ,switch off your phone, press and hold * button, 3 button, green or call button than press and hold power on button.wait for a while till show Nokia logo than twingkling.now you may release your fingers.if it work your screen will show name of Country City where you were.Do again the process if not show name of City.Good luck..

try this

perform a hard reset to your phone. you need to press the following buttons:
3+*(star key)+green phone button+power on
all at the same time

the software on your phone is probably corrupted which is why your phone only displays Nokia and doesnt not proceed any further.
