This rangehood is about 12 years old and the light has blown and we cannot remove it. Does anyone know how to do this? Do we twist it, or just pull it? Please help. Nobody in any of our appliance shops has even heard of the make. It is Australian made.

Depending on model-
Put the door at an opening of about 100mm. You should feel an indent for thecorect position.
You will probably need 2 people, 1 each side,
Slide the door upward at an angle same as hinge, It will slide off the hinge.
If the hinge is broken, and they usually break inside the wall of the oven, it will be very difficult to slide it off the broken hinge.
Hinges are available from EDIS SPARES 1800 125 039
