The following site offers an agitator repair kit. I have no idea what is in it but you could inquire. The point is, you have to step by step eliminate the possible causes. And to DIY it, you have to locate the instructions about testing each possible cause in turn. Sears offers diagrams and so forth. There may be additional YouTube videos about each possible cause and a procedure. https://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHelp/How-To-Fix-A-Washing-Machine/40-6--/Kenmore-Washer-Won-T-Agitate
Yours is a 2 speed motor. Does it spin in 2 different speeds. If so, then it most likely is designed with only to agitate in 1 speed. If it only spins in one speed, then your motor is defective
the drive coupling or clutch is bad ! the coupling is between motor and the transmission. on a lot of washers its rubber or hard plastic to keep from ruining appliance if it breaks.this is why washer will not spin.
This model has a safety switch in the door switch. This switch goes bad and the machine will not spin or agitate. Have that replaced and you will be back in business. Hope this helped you out. Good luck.
